Returns Policy - No returns accepted.
Graphic Items: Printed items can't be returned due to their custom nature. If there is a problem with the quality of your item please call us immediately. We will do everything we can to make it right. We will work with you to pinpoint what happened to the output and where it may have gone wrong. All printed orders are preflighted manually as well as with software to help assist in a quality printed product. Some elements of each layout may be blurry if you do not adhere to the dpi and color requirements. See setting up artwork section for more information. We are not responsible for blurry images but do our best to show you in a proof and verbally if we catch it in an email. Our mission is to provide the best customer service through accurate renderings. Please pay attention to the proofs we send. Your product result will depend on it.
Any hardware only order cannot be returned to the factory we work with so there are no returns on any products on our website. If you we deem that we shipped you the wrong item you received an incorrect or defective item, etc., we will work with you to fulfill your order as soon as possible. All our cases have sizes listed on the product page of each item. Please pay attention to those sizes prior to ordering.
Trade Show Cases - No returns. Please note the sizes of the exterior and interior are listed on each product page from which you are ordering. Please contact us prior to ordering if you have any questions. We are here to help and make sure it is the right fit prior to you ordering, so when you get your product it works for you.
Damaged product upon arrival: Keep the box. Take pictures of box immediately. Contact us. If we can not replenish your order that had damaged or incorrect items, you should expect to receive your refund within two - three weeks, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the mainland USA. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Shipping to Canada my be available for some products. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii at this time.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Shipping costs are estimates and may need to be adjusted once we receive your order. If this is a concern, contact us prior to ordering and we will send you a cart ready quote. Once we ship it, we are no longer responsible for fed ex or UPS's handling of the items. All items will be delivered as soon as possible. We will not refund your order due to weather, mechanical failure or anything else listed as the reason by Fed ex or UPS. Please allow a buffer when ordering. Do not order at the last minute and expect a refund if Fedex or UPS do not deliver. This is not acceptable. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. Due to the nature of our displays being large, some rates will be adjusted after the sale. Contact us up front prior to ordering with concerns.
-The "amazon affect": We have had a rash of orders trying to be returned by first time clients these past few months that have not ordered prior any displays and have not been paying attention to our terms (or the details of the product page). These products have been flagged and will no longer be sold online. If you want to order a carrying case or replacement pole you must call us to discuss the details. If we deem it appropriate we will sell you said item on a case by case basis. This is not Amazon. You are not paying a membership fee to get free shipping and free returns. We are a small family owned business that operates in a traditional manor.
