We have sold the banner bar outdoor in ground banner frame system for a few years now and we have not had ONE unit come back to us or had anyone comment about it failing anywhere in the USA. We have shipped to the midwest, pacific coast and east coast all with major success. We are so confident in this product we internally refer to it as the "wind buster". If someone asks us what frame is best in windy conditions this is the one we suggest without hesitation.
How does The Banner Bar increase banner durability?
The short answer: The telescoping bar prevents the vertical T-posts from collapsing inward while the banner is wind-loaded.
The long answer: The telescoping bar is the primary component that increases banner durability however the bungees and pole covers also play a key roll in how The Banner Bar works. The bungees are sized specifically for The Banner Bar, providing the right amount of tension on the banner while providing the perfect "give" in windy conditions. The pole covers improve the durability of the bungees by preventing the bungees from wearing out against the sharp edges of the T-posts. When installed correctly (per the provided instructions and install videos), The Banner Bar is guaranteed to increase the durability of a banner over hanging a banner with rope between two T-posts.
Are T-posts included with The Banner Bar kits?
T-posts are not included with the kits. T-posts are available in most cities and towns at an inexpensive price (under $10 each). We found that the cost of shipping heavy / long T-posts was cost prohibitive when they are readily available in most areas. Do not buy the "garden variety" T-posts sold at most home improvement stores.
What length of T-posts is required?
The Banner Bar is designed to use 6'-6" long T-posts with a minimum weight of 1.25 lbs per foot. This length provides the proper amount of T-post in the ground (below grade) to support wind-loading.
What tools do I need to install T-posts?
You will need a T-post Driver to properly drive T-posts into the ground. We also highly suggest wearing hearing protection and gloves when driving T-posts.
What is the maximum banner height supported by The Banner Bar?
All Banner Bar kits will support 4' high banners. When a 4' high banner is installed, the bottom of the banner will be approximately 1" from the ground. If you are installing Three Post or Four Post kits, we recommend limiting your banner height to 42" to allow room for the wind to escape below the banner.
Can The Banner Bar be customer installed?
Yes, The Banner Bar was designed to be installed by the end user.
Are replacement parts available?

- The Banner Bar kit is in new condition and has not been installed
- The Banner Bar kit must be returned in it's original packaging
- The Banner Bar kit has not been damaged in shipping
- All components are accounted for and included
- Return shipping is paid by the customer
Limited Hardware Warranty – 1 year warranty from date of purchase covers parts and labor which warrants product against defects in material and workmanship. Hardware consists of all components of The Banner Bar
except for the bungees. The one year limited warranty covers the pole covers, caps, bungee retainers, t-clips, push pins, D-pins and the aluminum bar.
The warranty does not cover improper installation methods, vandalism, miss-use, damage from accidents, normal wear and tear or extreme acts of God such as tornadoes, hurricanes, etc. Products found to be defective will be replaced or repaired at factory's discretion.
To submit a warranty claim, a photo of the original installation as well as a photo of the The Banner Bar taken at the time of the claim must be submitted for review. Arrowhead Signs & Displays reserves the right to approve or refuse a product repair or replacement if photos are unavailable.
Replacement Parts – Parts are available for purchase if your Banner Bar has been damaged from vandals, accidents, loss of parts, etc.
Consumables – The bungees are a consumable component of The Banner Bar kit with a variable life depending on their exposure to the elements. Under normal use, bungees typically last four to five months of consistent use before needing replacement. Our bungees are specifically made to fit The Banner Bar using top quality materials (Made in USA). Replacement bungees can be purchased offline. Please contact us for ordering bungees.
